Comfortable beachside cottage filled with rustic charm. Kitchen, remodeled bath room with shower, dining room, living room and enclosed porch make up the first floor. The second floor features a bedroom at the top of the stairs plus a bedroom facing the lake.

Situated on a gorgeous sandy beach with view to match. Picnic tables and fire pit on the beach. Dock and swim float too!

Waterfront Description: beautiful sandy beach, safe for children. Picnic area and fire pit on the beach. Owner will provide a small amount of firewood for each tenant. Beautiful open lake & mountain view. Paddle boat for tenant use at their own risk.
Dock/Suitable for tie-up: yes there is a dock - not safe for tie-up.
Mooring: yes for 21/22 foot boat maximum

Use discretion when tying up your boat to docks. Lakes can become rough causing damage to your boat and the dock.
