ZA'S PLACE - SEBAGO LAKE

Three + bedroom shorefront cottage loaded with charm. First floor features an updated, well equipped, eat in kitchen; livingroom with fireplace and TV; large sunroom with a new futon and access to a deck; two queen bedrooms and a bath with tub/shower.
Lower level is great for the younger crowd, where you'll find a den with TV and a large bedroom with four twin beds.
The frontage is rocky but there is good swimming off the dock and swim float. The water is usually about 2 ft. at the shore. Lovely view of Outer Island where you'll find a nesting pair of Bald Eagles.

Waterfront Description: slightly sloping lot around cottage with steps leading down to rocky frontage and nice dock. Frontage is not suitable for small children.

Use discretion when tying up your boat to docks. Lakes can become rough causing damage to your boat and the dock. Do not leave boats on the dock unattended or when you leave the cottage.
