Waterfront Description: Shorefront property with a retaining wall with steps leading to a nice dock with seating area. Also there is a cement ramp providing a shallow sandy entry into the water (not suitable for boat launching). There is a lawn on the lakeside and a lovely, expansive lake view. Parking space for a maximum of 4 cars.

Dock/Suitable for tie-up: yes, suitable for short term tie up only (loading and unloading). The lake can get rough, with this in mind, tenants should use the right side of the dock for loading and unloading. Be mindful of the huge rock on the front, left side of the dock. Boats must be kept on one of the two moorings.

Mooring: yes, two located in front of the cottage (white with blue stripe).
