A classic, old fashioned rustic 3 bedroom shorefront summer camp with on Sebago Lake. Located off the beaten path in a private location with walking trails nearby. Comfortable livingroom with fireplace that opens onto big screen porch, Separate dining room. Bath with shower on the first floor and bath with tub & sink on second floor. Cottage sits up on a bluff with an extensive staircase leading down to a pebbly beach that is shared with the owner. (due to the number of stairs, this cottage is not suitable for small children)
