- Ossipee Valley Fair- Hiram, ME, July 7th -10th approx. 35 mins away

- Topsham Fair August 4-17th - approx. 1.5 hours away
- United Maine Craftsmen's 37th annual fair - 2nd weekend in August - over 375 crafters, 45 minutes away
- Skowhegan State Fair, Skowhegan - Aug 11-20 - (the nation's oldest continuously run agricultural fair-approx 2.5 hrs
A large agricultural fair featuring a huge midway, animal exhibits , crafts, commerical exhibits , flower show, animal pull events and harness racing.
- Oxford Country Fair -September 11th - 18th -approx. 1 hr
Livestock shows, animal pull events, midway, crafts, exhibits and a new harness racing track.
- Common Ground Fair- Unity September 23th - 25th - approx. 3 hrs
A celebration of rural like, demonstrations, Maine-organic produced foods and crafts as well as livestock exhibits.
- Cumberland Fair- Cumberland Center September 25th- October 1st- approx. 45 min.
Large exhibit halls, midway and livestock exhibits. Animal pull events and harness racing.
- Fryeburg Fair - October 2nd - 9th (the biggest in the State) approx. 45 min

- non-licensed fair. Cornish Horseman's Day - Cornish. A day on the common. Very small with craft displays, exhibits, entertainment and petting animals. 2011 date still pending.
